Endurance training refers to training programs and forms that aim to increase endurance, i.e. the body's ability to perform over an extended period of time.

Endurance training contributes significantly to the development and maintenance of good health. In particular, positive effects on the cardiovascular system should be mentioned here, which is expressed in a significant reduction in the risk of a heart attack.

Other positive aspects are a significant contribution to fat burning, especially when aiming for weight reduction, a strengthening of the immune system and often an improvement in the blood count.
