PILATES

Pilates is a figure-shaping full-body workout in which individual muscles are not addressed in isolation, but entire muscle chains. It combines strength with flexibility in a unique way. Muscles are stretched, the middle of the body and the entire body silhouette are tightened. It leads to better posture and balance and harmonizes movements in everyday life, as well as when practicing other sports.
First and foremost, Pilates training addresses the often neglected deep muscles of the back and the middle of the body, which are particularly important for good, healthy posture.

Pilates care

The PilatesCare method is based on therapeutic and medical knowledge. The technique contains a wide range of exercises that are carried out slowly, controlled and precisely and are therefore suitable for every age group. It is a structured practice-oriented application method for prevention and rehabilitation.

The PilatesCare method results in an upright, relaxed posture. Gently promotes the statics of the spine and intensively strengthens the surrounding muscles. Strengthens the deep abdominal and back muscles. Gently strengthens the back muscles (also for passive back problems). Strengthens the pelvic floor, buttocks, chest, shoulder and arm muscles. Promotes mobility, balance, coordination, body awareness and blood circulation. Releases blockages in the pelvic area and compensates for physical imbalances.

POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is an American variation of Ashtanga Yoga. Modern Power Yoga differs from Ashtanga Yoga in one respect. In Power Yoga, the position, movements and breathing techniques are adapted to the practitioner, while in Ashtanga Yoga the movements and positions always remain the same.

body shaping

Bodyforming is an intense full body workout that focuses on muscles and body shape. Based on the latest findings, strength and endurance are trained and fat burning is optimized. The choice and combination of exercises improves endurance, strength and coordination. A super effective workout is guaranteed.

A trained back is a healthy back and can also withstand suddenly unfamiliar loads that cannot always be avoided in everyday life. Here the back is at the center of the group exercises.

An intensive training that is tailored to the problem areas of men and women alike. Tissue tightening and fat reduction are the focus of this training session.

circuit training

Circuit training is an intensive and effective form of fitness training. Fitness is increased with selected exercises and small devices or with your own body weight. Group fitness and yet individual; circuit training allows you to train at your own pace and adapt the exercise variants to your personal performance level.
